We were so pleased we hired Tamara to officiate our wedding. She handled every situation, including our jam packed chaotic rehearsal (ha!) with grace and professionalism. The planning process was super quick, and painless, and I instantly knew I could trust Tamara completely. She made us feel seen and taken care of on our wedding day. We had so any compliments on our ceremony and I attribute that to Tamara’s kind and heart felt way of speaking to the crowd. We loved everything about Tamara and I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Calgary area!

We were a bit nervous before the ceremony, but Tamara immediately put us at ease. She was warm, kind and incredibly reassuring, which helped us feel relaxed and fully present in the moment. The ceremony flowed beautifully and felt personal, touching and genuinely meaningful. Her words were thoughtful and heartfelt, and she delivered everything with such care that it made the whole experience even more special.

Tamara officiated our micro-wedding at my mum’s house west of the city. We planned everything in just two weeks and were so grateful she was able to be part of it on such short notice. It was an incredibly emotional time for us, as we had recently lost our son, and this ceremony was a way to honour our love for each other and for him.

Tamara made everything feel effortless and brought such warmth, compassion, and calm to the day. Her presence helped us create something beautiful in the middle of so much heartache, and that kindness has stayed with us.

Now, four years later (and after 18 years together), we look back on that day with so much love and healing. Thank you, Tamara, for being part of something so meaningful. We’ll always be grateful that you were the one to officiate our marriage. Also, a small but special note, your handwriting on our certificate was absolutely beautiful. You may not remember us, but we remember you and are still so thankful for your gentle energy on such a hard day.

Tamara officiated our wedding last week and we were blown away! Tamara has a special way of making her couples feel at ease and well taken care of. We had only met her once through Zoom a few weeks before our ceremony, but we felt she truly captured us and our love like she knew us personally. She made our day so special and we will remember it for the rest of our lives! We even had some relatives comment on how beautiful the ceremony was because of her! If you are looking to hire an officiant who is an expert and takes pride in her work, hire Tamara!

Tamara did an outstanding job ensuring our ceremony went smoothly and that it resonated with the relationship that my now Husband and I have. She gave us many readings to choose from which allowed us to choose a couple that aligned with our values (one that I was so touched by, I think I'll remember it for the rest of my life). She also helped each of us write our own personal vows to each other. We had a beautiful and personal ceremony and Tamara's words felt very genuine. She is very organized and gave us many useful tips and details during our rehearsal that helped the actual ceremony run seamlessly. The one thing that I really remember, is when I was overwhelmed with emotion walking in as the bride, I thought of what Tamara told me on the day of the rehearsal - take your time, this helped me focus on the moment and cherish it. As a bonus, even when the Groom forgot to place bubble blowers on all the chairs during the ceremony set up, I was told later that Tamara remembered about the bubbles, and hence, saved that part of our ceremony! Tamara is also efficient with communication, any questions I had were promptly answered.

After communicating with 2 other officiants and having a gut feeling of “this doesn’t feel right” I reached out to Tamara and my husband and I strongly believe that is one of the best decisions we made for our special day. She was very easy to communicate with from the start and followed up with reminders all throughout, she gave detailed responses to my queries and she chose the perfect outdoor venue for our elopement ceremony. She made sure our guests felt welcomed and we had a lovely and unforgettable ceremony all thanks to her. We cannot thank you enough for creating that core memory for us Tamara!

We were fortunate enough to book Tamara for our wedding. Her communication in the lead up to our wedding was clear and structured (helping with vows and documentation required for the wedding). She gladly met us virtually to answer our questions and was amazing on the day of the wedding. She has a calming presence and aura which helped ease wedding day nerves and was an amazing part of our ceremony. Would highly recommend Tamara for anyone looking for an officiant!

Tamara Jones did an AWESOME job being the officiant at our wedding for 70 people in mid-August this year. I would 100% recommend her. She made the ceremony so inviting, warm, and welcoming, and all our guests commented at how nice the ceremony was.
